Copying Audio

I want to get a copy of one audio region onto another track. How do I go about doing this? I've seen it done before, so I think I must have something turned off. Thanks for any help.

Never mind. I just realized that I was trying to copy a mono audio track to a stereo audio track:p Thanks anyway though :D
