FX instances in TCP

I'm going to give this thread a quick bump because i'm interested in this too.

Project Media/FX Bay, FX tab. It's dockable and searchable.

Also, per track: hovering over the TCP FX button shows tooltip, rightclicking FX button lists them selectable for floating.

Though not exactly what the OP asked for, I arrange my layout this way in part so that I can get convenient access to the FX list and sends. It does require first selecting the track.
