Just set up a new mac mini running PT ok in Leopard. Installed Reason 3 which runs fine as a stand alone app. Open PT and Reason does not appear in the plug-ins menu. It's so long since I originally set up PT with Reason on my other computers I can't remember if I've missed something easy but crucial?! Or is this a Leopard thing?! (I obviously am aware that Leopard is not supported for PT, but PT/Leopard works fine for me aside from this one issue) Any help greatly appreciated. (it's a macmini 2ghz intel core 2 duo, 1gb Ram, os10.5.2 PTLE 7.3.1, original Mbox)

Reason 4 works fine with Leopard but I'm not sure with 3. Have you checked Proppellerheads's website for any updates or patches?

Have you launched Reason in standalone mode. This is a one time exercise that's required to install certain Rewire components. If that doesn't work, what about checking that you have the latest version of Rewire.

I'm not a Leopard user, but I was under the impression that you had to delete the Rewire plug-in in order for PT to be able to launch on 10.5.x. Wouldn't not having the Rewire plug-in cause Reason not be available to PT?

This is very strange, but I just re-opened PT and Reason is now there as an option and fully working! I had opened reason as a stand alone before trying through ptle/rewire, no clue as to HOW? but hey, it's working.. Thanks so much to all who replied! (sorry to have wasted your time though)
